Hottest 2014 Panini Flawless Football Cards

So what does a $1,000+ per box football card product look like? And how is it faring on the secondary market? 2014 Panini Flawless Football is here and it's time to find out.

After a pair of Flawless Basketball releases, the first gridiron set for the brand boasts many of the same elements. No individual card has more than 25 copies. Outside of the gem-embedded base cards, everything else is either an autograph or memorabilia card.

What sets Flawless apart from other products (besides the four-figure box price) is the level to which the cards are. Outside of some older players, most of the memorabilia is in the form of over-sized patches. Sticker autographs are nowhere to be found either, adding a premium element to the signed cards.

Because it's coming out so early, rookie memorabilia cards come with swatches from the Rookie Premiere and aren't game-used like veterans. Although clearly marked as such and boasting some very attractive patch designs, it does take away some of the overall prestige of these cards.
