Tapping into Upper Deck's 1990s style, 2023 Skybox Metal Universe Champions continues the multi-sport brand for a third time.

Hobby boxes average at least one card numbered 150 copies or less. These can be from the Precious Metal Gems (PMG) or Skybox Premium parallel series.

Although young sports stars are the main focus, UD revealed that "there are also a few sporting legends, media personalities and musicians."

2023 Skybox Metal Universe Champions stays true to its '90s roots, including partnering with the famed Arena Design. The base set boasts unique backgrounds for all 100 cards.

Making its debut, the All-Millennium subset (#101-150; 1:2 packs) adds 50 high-series cards to the primary lineup.

There are also a few new Light FX parallels to go with the popular PMG cards.
