Naturally, the packs are found at the 2021 National Sports Collectors Convention near Chicago.

The 2021 Upper Deck National Convention Wrapper Redemption packs are awarded to collectors for making Upper Deck purchases at the show.
Find a dealer on the floor advertising the packs and purchase any 2020-21 Upper Deck Hobby box. Each qualifying purchase earns one exclusive pack (as supplies last).
The 2021 Upper Deck National Convention Wrapper Redemption set is mostly built around the Prominent Cuts and Top Shelf NHL Rookies lines. The pack has two cards from each set.
Lucky collectors will find a bonus fifth card that can be a Draft Retrospective insert or an autographed card from Prominent Cuts or Top Shelf NHL Rookies.
These packs were originally created for the 2020 National in Atlantic City, New Jersey, which was ultimately canceled.
