One of the most expensive products of the year, 2021 Topps Transcendent Collection Hall of Fame Edition Baseball is a super-high-end MLB set with many rare cards packed in.

The HOF set is one of several themed releases from the ultra-expensive Transcendent Collection brand. Prices normally sit in the $20,000+ range.

In 2021, the tweaked format is limited to just 50 boxes and offers more autographs compared to 2020. Another change is the lack of a base set and any reproduction sketch cards.

2021 Topps Transcendent Collection Hall of Fame Edition Baseball Autographs

Seemingly all autographs and original sketch cards, the 2021 Topps Transcendent Collection Hall of Fame Edition Baseball checklist highlights signatures from all-time greats on low-numbered cards. Each box contains 40 cards from the main Transcendent Collection Autographs line.

Possibilities include Transcendent Collection Autographs (#/20), Transcendent Collection Image Variation Autographs (#/20) and dual-signed HOF Co-Signers Autographs (#/15). Each set has Emerald (#/5), Red (1/1) and Platinum (1/1) parallels.

Collectors should find two of the one-of-one editions in every box along with one of the new Co-Signers cards.

All the other remaining autographs in 2021 Topps Transcendent Collection Hall of Fame Edition Baseball are one-of-one cards.

This includes the 50-card 1956 Topps SuperFractor Autographs (1/1) set merging the throwback '56 design with a SuperFractor finish. Each box contains one of these cards.

Hall of Fame Icons Autographs is a debuting one-of-one set with a new design that falls one per box.

From there, the annual Through the Years Autographs (1/1) series turns to Nolan Ryan and Randy Johnson. There are 45 cards for both Ryan and Johnson, as well as 10 dual-signed editions. Look for two cards in each box, including one for each pitching legend.

The final two autographs are framed. Again falling one per box, Oversized 1989 Topps Big Framed Autographs (1/1) looks back a few decades to remember the dual-image card series.

Collectors can also expect one cut signature per box. This can be from either Oversized HOF Cut Signatures (1/1), boasting "legends of baseball and beyond," or HOF Combo Cut Signatures, which works with multi-player teammate lineups.

The final card is the one-of-one Hall of Famers Original Art Sketch insert. This hand-drawn artwork is done by artist James Fiorentino.
