Does anyone know what a HIT card is?

I think the set is an upgrade from previous years (which I also enjoy)

I think the price point is great – the inserts are obviously lower end but very fun to collect. I like that they made 15-card insert sets with appropriate odds rather than a 7-card insert set that you end up with many many copies of each

The NHL Canvas and All-Star Standouts in particular are fantastic looking cards

I think this is a really really great way for casual collectors to enjoy the hobby

Great looking set! To bad pack weighers and flippers have made headlines on scamming collectors. Hopefully they are caught and shamed.

My binder has enough for all 270 cards. The increase in amount of cards is definitely disappointing (greedy). Could be the last year for me too

Greed has taken over from the love of the game. Shame on Sydney – he has shown his true colours – Greed Red. I have until this year supported Timmy’s as a Canadian tradition – this year No way will I try to get any or all of the money making only cards. Usually I have done two sets for grand kids not this year nor likely in the future. What a dishonour to all Canadians who love hockey. And have done so for 70 yrs.

Nice looking set and of course larger than last year at 270 cards. The album DOES hold all 270 cards. I believe someone on here said it didn’t. #84 Rasmus Dahlin is actually #84 Jeff Skinner. Although Dahlin does not have a regular card in the set he is #CC-12 in the CC Phenoms. Increasing the franchise cards from 12 to 20 will however increase the value and make them a bit harder to collect.

Pulled a Carey Price Jersey Relics on my first purchase of 15 packs. Some if the inserts are a little beat up on the edges but way higher quality that the Canadian Tire ones that came out a few years back.

This year design look great but same problem every year… people get them before the official release. Is there really 12 000 gretzky printed? where have you get that information? isnt me or there’s a mistake in your listing and it should said: odds: 1:12000 instead of 12 000 total cards? i didnt saw any place where they was saying officially there’s is 12 000 copies printed

The official binder that Tim Horton’s sells for this set does not have enough sleeve sheets to hold all of the cards in the set. There is 270 cards in the master set, each sleeve sheet holds 9 cards. 270 divided by 9 is 30, yet the binder only comes with 27 sleeve sheets, short of 3 sheets. Very dissapointed!

Sad that the chase cards are also on sale already a few days before “official” release Nov 12th. Embarrassing to the hobby and usual crappy quality control from Upper Deck. These types of sets are supposed to be there to allow for kids and parents to enjoy collecting together and not have employees, and whoever else that gains access ahead of time to start selling even though we are 8 hours away from release still. I wish UD didn’t have exclusive NHL rights and the competition would cleans things up possibly.

Release date of Nov 12, but already on ebay?? More like product was delayed so that mgrs and employees could sell some packs to deserving collectors sooner. Another stand up job UD
