2020-21 Upper Deck Allure Hockey Cards Checklist and Odds

Product is over priced, not much chance I’d ever getting close to your money back. $80 a hobby box should be the price point. I enjoy they have “secret” inserts. I would pass on this product.

The cards look amazing, but the hobby box kind of sucked. The best card I pulled was a Morgan Geekie pink leopard (74). There was only one auto, which was a red rainbow of Alexander Alexeyev – probably one of the worst ones to get. I had slightly better pulls with the retail blaster boxes.

Love this product. A good challenge to get all the parallels for a player. There is no mention of the Sunset parallel here though. How do you pull those? Epack?

I got a Jake Oettinger 17/17 Nhl shield base RC variant. Also got a green Kieffer Bellows Grand Entrance auto. Not sure about the value of the Oettinger.

What difference in the blue rookie SP’s? I’m noticing some are flat/smooth and some have half-circle grooves similar to the base cards.

upper deck screws over collectors again with top rookie cards at almost impossible to pull odds. stutzle card was the one i was interested in pulling and they put it in the big odds section where someone with a ton of money might pull it but an average collector like me has no chance. and now they have pushed back the release date of 21/22 upper deck 1 till after christmas. upper deck will soon go the way of topps.

I thought that I would get an auto as advertised however it did not come through. The cards are nice but not as advertised.

I love tis product, it reminds e of Prizm from basketball.

Had fun to open a hobby box myself, product looking good with good quality. Price range isn’t bad at all also.

Hobby box. Not bad product. Not great product. Underwhelmed. Hobby should sell for about $80 Got an auto and Lafrennierre # to 99. But not $140 product. Retail for $80 was nice. Still got auto and White Diamond #’d under 50. Blaster was worth $20 not $30. Allure needs better inserts.

I pulled a “pink leopard” parallel from a HOBBY box. I see the”leopard” parallel on the list above and the spreadsheet and attributing those to Target-exclusive boxes, but no mention of the pink leopard. Any idea on whether the “pink leopard” is something special? It is not numbered.

For its price point, this is a solid product and has IMO, a nicer design than last year. HOWEVER, as with other products, Upper Deck’s ePack will decimate most of the value once it is released. Seems that most if not all variations/parallels will be available in ePack.

To have a new product come out after the season and not have some of the top rookies to come out this year in the base set is moronic! Seriously would fire whomever opted for that decision. Isn’t the idea to sell your product???
