Another quality take on Marvel Comics artwork issued in card form, 2019 Upper Deck Marvel Premier continues to deliver high-end trading cards in a one-pack-per-box format. Each box is actually a collectible tin.

Just like the 2017 set, each box contains two hand-drawn sketch cards with at least one being a jumbo-sized or multi-panel sketch.

2019 Upper Deck Marvel Premier Base Cards

With a fresh selection of art on display from Cliff Richards and Ivan Nunes, the 2019 Upper Deck Marvel Premier base set offers 50 cards. Every card is numbered to just 100 copies.

In addition, base parallels consist of Blue Cyan (#/50), Red Foil (#/30), Gold Spectrum (#/15), Purple Foil (#/5), and Black (1/1) choices.

Collectors should find one base and one base parallel per box.

2019 Upper Deck Marvel Premier Inserts

Inserts include Color Box shadowbox cards, which break down each character into the various colors on display in multiple layers.

Another option comes in Written in the Stars. This insert line uses the stars themselves as the canvas, allowing fans to see their favorite heroes and/or villains as a familiar constellation. The selection includes Captain America as Perseus.
