Collectors can attempt to predict the future once more with the second print-to-order set in the forward-looking line: 2019 Topps Now Future Award Winners Baseball.
Just like the initial World Series version, the packs deliver random cards and if the player on the card wins, you win.
2019 Topps Now Future Award Winners Baseball Set Details
2019 Topps Now Future Award Winners Baseball features 150 cards in total, with three separate groups that are further divided by league. The theme here is 2019 Award Winners. So, there are three batches of 50 players (25 AL and 25 NL) available for the candidates to win Cy Young, MVP or Rookie of the Year awards. Well, there are actually 48 players per group (24 per league) because each league subset has one "wild card" that covers all possible winners not featured in the set.
Available until July 9 or as supplies last, each pack contains five random cards from the 150-card checklist and the packs sell for $20 apiece. The World Series packs were priced at $12 for three cards and sold over 10,000 packs.
Ultimately, it boils down to the player who wins each award for the American League and National League in 2019. If you own the card(s) of the winner(s), you get the prize on the back. For many featured players, an on-card autograph is the big prize. However, not all players are eligible for a signed card. Another possible winning outcome is the 10-card Chrome Topps Now set honoring the Award Winners. Backs also specify which parallel version you win.
If your player wins one of the three different awards after the season ends, simply enter the scratch-off code at the Topps website.
