Dropping a few weeks after the main Heritage set, 2019 Topps Heritage Chrome Mega Box Baseball offers exclusive cards in a retail-only format. Collectors can find base Chrome parallels and Clubhouse Collection image variation relics that are not available anywhere else in addition to the normal Heritage assortment.
The new release was a surprise option from Topps at Walmart locations and Walmart online. Each Spring Mega Box includes 15 regular Heritage packs and one bonus pack for $39.98.
2019 Topps Heritage Chrome Mega Box Baseball Set Details
Joining the primary 2019 Topps Heritage Baseball checklist, 2019 Topps Heritage Chrome Mega Box Baseball adds 100 new Chrome options from the base set to the 100 already found in the normal Hobby and Retail packs. The box incorrectly states that these cards are for #101-200 in the base set. The actual lineup is provided in the full checklist below.
Numbered to 999, these Chrome cards include Refractor (#/570), Black Refractor (#/70) and SuperFractor (1/1) parallels, as well.
Collectors should also be on the lookout for the exclusive Clubhouse Collection cards featuring relic pieces for 25 players. These photo variations have limited Gold versions that are hand-numbered to 99. The #ECCR- prefix designation on the card number is the easiest way to distinguish the exclusive memorabilia cards. However, they do feature different player images compared to the normal relics.

Lots of packs for not a bad price. I’ve opened 2 boxes and ok on the odds. One drawback is there’s not a lot of big names in the additional exclusive chromes.
