2018 Topps Clearly Authentic Baseball Cards

Bought 3 boxes. Paul Blackburn, Chris Taylor and Hunter Renfroe for $180. Ugh….
Nice product, but with the hit or miss nature of it, I’ll just wait and buy what I want off ebay. Probably not going to do it again.

Bought one box for my brother’s birthday. Pulled a Ozzie Smith RC encased auto.

Is there hot boxes in this? I bought 2 boxes, pulled an Al Kaline #’d to 99…but in the 2nd box, i pulled a Tom Locastro RC auto, but with it, was a Manny Machado redemption…I’ve never bought a box of this before and had the one encased auto, but then a redemption in the box as well. Is this a factory mess up, or is this how its typically done? Thanks Trey!

It’s not a product I would buy 10 boxes of. Two will get you 2 or 3 autos. In my case Dwight Gooden 1984 /99 Thomas Nido (base) and a Redemption for Clint Frazier 1/1 1993 Finest. Directly from Topps btw. Pretty fun for a Small Pricetag. We’re talking, 3 blaster boxes of something retail. Or grab one of these and get an Auto.

I don’t know about these other reviews. First, hobby boxes are $50, not $70. Second, it is a hit or miss for a box. But not for cases. Every case I’ve seen has had an Acuna or Albie’s, which alone is $50+. Second, there are bonus hits for when you get a redemption. In one box, there was a Tomas Nido purple #10, and a redemption for a black Manny Machado. That box alone is worth over $100.

As stated above, too expensive of a gamble. Was part of a full case break (10 boxes) and you’d be lucky to sell all ten hits for $50 total.

If you want a bunch of LOW end autos then this product is for you! Busted ten boxes for two reasons, I kept thinking this has to get better and I am stupid. AVOID is too kind of a word. Watched another case ripped and it wasn’t any better than my boxes.

Based on the prices listed above, it is either hit or miss and if you miss, you’re sunk. Tough to spend close to $70.00 and try to get $17.00 back on e-bay
