With an NHL debut for the ages, 2017-18 Upper Deck Vegas Golden Knights Inaugural Season box set celebrates the immediate success of the Las Vegas pro hockey team. Although they came up short in their quest for a Stanley Cup win, the Golden Knights showed fans and collectors they are a force to be reckoned with.
In addition to a full set and a few base parallels, each Upper Deck box offers a shot at limited autographs. The UD Golden Knights Inaugural Season boxes can be purchased on Fanatics for $29.99.
2017-18 Upper Deck Vegas Golden Knights Inaugural Season Set Details
Every box of 2017-18 Upper Deck Vegas Golden Knights Inaugural Season contains the entire 50-card set. This includes 35 base cards, with one for every player in the '17-18 season, and a 15-card Season Highlight subset showcasing "memorable moments" from the year.
Each box also includes five random Golden parallels that mirror the base set. In addition, rare Autographs average 1:20 boxes, and include short prints for James Neal and Marc-Andre Fleury.
Upper Deck previously issued an Inaugural Images set for the Golden Knights. The first 15 cards came in special promo packs, and the final five cards were included as inserts in USA packs for 2018 National Hockey Card Day.
