2015 Topps Museum Collection Football Hot List

2015 Topps Museum Collection Football Hot List

Another farewell release from Topps, 2015 Topps Museum Collection Football largely goes out with the same quality and high-end appeal that has typified the brand for several years.

Although there are base and inserts, Museum Collection is mostly about the hits. Between several relics and autographs, a few standouts have proven to be hobby favorites. Most chiefly among these options are the Framed Autographs. Featuring a near-Smithsonian quality, the on-card autographs offer a metal frame of varying colors and either silver or gold ink signatures.

In addition to several jumbo and multi-player relics, Signature Series and Super Bowl Signature Series are both seeing strong interest thanks to a good mix of young talent and all-time greats. In particular, the Dual version has some pretty impressive pairings.

While it would be nice if all the autographs were signed on-card, the Signature Swatches add dual and triple jersey relics in addition to the sticker autographs.

Part of what makes the product stand out among the many rookie-centered releases is the additional focus on veteran and retired content. Museum Collection again delivers on that point.

Given the price point, boxes can be a gamble, but the potential is there for something huge. Still, most would likely be better off pursuing specific singles.
