2012 Topps Platinum Football Cards

I just pulled the exact same Chris Rainey Jumbo Patch redemption. He is correct-it’s #180 and nowhere to be found in Beckett. Pulled out of a retail blaster, if that helps

I’ve got a redemption card for Chris Rainey Autograph Rookie Refractor Jumbo Patch #180 but I can’t find it inyour checklist can you tell me whats this and the print run of this card? thanks a lot

I think I like it almost as much as chrome, love the base design and even though some of the autos are from rookies I’m not familiar with its still fun to pull ink!

Opened a box of Platinum and had several big hits. Darren McFadden relic, auto, # comes to mind. I am a fan of this series due to the fact of the print quality, minamilist style (Less is more), and variety. Besides several RC autos, this set left me an impression of a high end product with a midrange price! This set is definitely Topps with me, pun intended!

This product got me back into the Hobby. I’ve probably purchased about 6 blasters and have pulled Luck and RG3 relics as well as rookie autos. The base cards and design are amazing. Great Product!. Although I am scratching my head on purchasing a Hobby Box at this point considering how lucky I’ve been with the blasters

I usally love Platinum but this one missed. I dont know if its the non-logo feel, some of the rookies look like crap with the almost airbrushed uni feel. The crop of rookies make this set but feels like Topps spend zero effort or time to release this.

My prior response didn’t get everything into it. The design and look of the cards was top notch; the Colors were spectacular and the inserts all have top notch look and feel to them. The rookies patches are awesome and loved the three Andrew luck’s I got as well. Cant wait to pick up another box really soon to hopefully get an rg3 auto.

I really like the way the topps has grown over the years. i grew up collecting football card when they use to come with the hard stick of gum in them. but being in the military and deploying a lot you dont have must time to collect and really enjoy the product. i recently returned from another deployment and finally have some downtime to get back into the hobby. so far i have been very pleased and ask that you continue the great job.

These are a huge step up from last year. They look a whole lot more like chrome. I would pick these over last year.they have amazing picture quality better then all the Previous years. My mom is an artist and she said the designs were the best yet. The rookie autos are really COO!!. I have no idea how to make them any better

Here is yet another problem set from Topps. I had to many cards that had printing marks on them. Specifically lines that ran vertically. Also found many other marks. Most were hard to see unless you held them in the light just right. Others you could see regardless. And it wasn’t from just one set of cards I purchased. I had some from box breaks, Blaster boxes, and a couple I purchased on EBay. I don’t how you can let these cards into the public with issues like that. And this was another set from Topps numbered into the 1,000’s. Just leave them unnumbered. It just devalues them so much. The cards that had no errors didn’t look to bad.

My favorite of the year for football ! With such a great rookie class and beautiful design, even my wife got into ripping packs!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. ONE OF MY FAVORITE PRODUCTS OF THE YEAR. THE ROOKIE PATCH AUTOS ARE BEAUTIFUL. IM NOT REALLY A “CHROMIE” BUT THESE CARDS WILL EASILY CHANGE SOMEONES MIND

My favorite set so far this year. From chasing the base set, to ruby parallels, to the rookie refractors there is plenty for set builders to sink their teeth into. Obviously the rookie autos are a huge draw, and deservedly so because these cards look fantastic. So why not a five star? Too many redemptions, and to make so many rookie autos meant flooding the product with guys you probably aren’t excited about. I got two Dwayne Allen autos in the same box! Even so, I love these cards. Highly recommend.

I love the design of this product. Die cut inserts continue to be a nice touch as well as jumbo patch, rookie autos. The coloring hue to shiny design is good for some cards but certain colors can be distracting. Only major down side is the logo-less rookies. I got my fill of logo-less with Leaf, Bowman, Press Pass and early products.

As a graphic designer I take pride in the simple and elegant design. I also enjoy the stock the cards use. I have had hobby boxes down to retail and have gotten great cards from all. Autos patches and relics. Great product

Great cards perfect for a five rookie QB year

I can’t get enough of this stuff the autos are awesome the look of the cards are beautiful definately a great set to build. Got numerous autos and black refractors and parallels from retail

I like this product. I have a thick Shonn Greene card. Is this the ruby version?

I appreciate the information given but it doesn’t give much help if I dont know what the card looks like
