2010-11 Donruss marks the return of the Rated Rookie to hockey cards for the first time since 1997-98. Early details suggest that Panini will use the Rated Rookie to counter the hobbies most popular low end rookie card series, the Upper Deck Young Guns series, both of which are seeded at a rate of 6 per box.
